Our Butchery Services

Hadrian Meat Co. offers private butchery services in our fully licensed facility in Scots Gap, Northumberland. With the aim to serve the local farming community with a high quality end product to the requirements of the farmer. And, help to provide a sustainable supply of their own meat, at good value, without a supermarket in sight!

Our pricing is set out to be transparent and fair to allow customers to decide on the best end product for them.

We aim to provide a product that meets the needs of you and your family so we will always discuss the type of cuts, sizes and amount of different cuts desired before starting the process. 

We Offer:

  • Full carcass butchery for Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison and Goat.
  • Hanging and ageing for the required period to optimise quality using Himalayan salt.
  • Vac packing to seal in freshness and improve longevity if frozen.
  • Sausages, bacon and burgers using high quality ingredients to your taste.
  • Animal collection and abattoir delivery.
